Nicolette Herrera-Ross, Teaching Assistant

Nicolette Herrera-Ross is from the East Bay and deeply loves her community. She studied Biochemistry and was a collegiate rower at the University of San Diego. With a big passion for science, learning, and working with kids, Nicolette is committed to giving back to her community and empowering young women through STEM. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys being outdoors—backpacking, running, and biking are some of her favorite ways to explore and recharge. She’s also passionate about cooking and trying new foods, which fuels her creativity and curiosity. Whether she’s helping kids discover the magic of hands-on science or creating a classroom full of wonder, she’s dedicated to sparking confidence and creativity in the next generation of thinkers.
