Girls of color in Science Program

This past year, Scientific Adventures for Girls (SAfG) delivered STEM education to the most K-6th grade students since we were founded! More than 2,000 children were reached through all our STEM programs. This was our first year back with our summer library program and the second year of in-person teaching since the pandemic. Our dedicated, full-time teaching staff provided high-quality, hands-on STEM education in the classroom while also expanding to teaching SAfG’s curriculum to other nonprofits and educators nationwide.

Our annual Program Report shares all the details and the collective efforts that have made a profound impact on the lives of so many young children and their families in the San Francisco East Bay Area.
