What is a STEM Spark?

A STEM Spark is the moment curiosity becomes confidence.
It’s when a girl makes a discovery, solves a problem, or sees a woman in STEM and thinks:
“That could be me.”

Every woman you see below started with a spark — a single moment that changed what she believed was possible. Today, they are engineers, scientists, coders, healthcare innovators, and leaders in their fields.
