• Costumed kids trick or treat at over 80 merchant shops
• They also have a festival on Delaware at Fourth Street with all sorts of free activities and entertainment for everyone!

  • LIVE MUSIC - family friendly tunes by PJay Smik Smak & the Cliffnottes

  • COSTUMED CHARACTERS - meet and greet an array of costumed characters and actors such as: Cat in the Hat, a donkey, Snow Queen on stilts, Daniel Tiger, Elsa, a talking compost pile, a Tudor Lion and wizard!
