Exploratorium Hydrogen-Powered Boat Ride with SWITCH Maritime

The Exploratorium museum guests can now take a free cruise on the Sea Change, the world’s first commercial zero-emissions ferry powered 100% by hydrogen fuel cells. The Sea Change is developed and owned by SWITCH Maritime.

Founded in 2018, SWITCH Maritime has been working for over five years to build the Sea Change, the first hydrogen-fueled electric vessel in the U.S., combined with the first maritime hydrogen fuel supply chain.

The Exploratorium is partnering with SWITCH to offer visitors an opportunity to learn more about this exciting new technology, and to take a ride on the Sea Change hydrogen ferry.
