Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • After attending the first class, if your child does not wish to continue in SAfG, simply submit a notice in writing to prior to the second scheduled class and we will issue you a refund (less a $20 processing fee).  After that time, no refunds will be issued.

  • The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing.

  • The refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made.

  • Refunds may take up to one week to process.
