Curious about robotics?

Join SAfG's STEM Scholar Club and the Mecha Mantises robotics team for a fun, interactive session exploring the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) National Robotics Program! Learn what FTC is, how robotics teams work, and how you can get involved in building, coding, and competing. Perfect for teen girls who are interested in STEM, robotics, and trying something new—no experience needed! -✨

Date: Wednesday, February 18th

Time: 6PM to 7PM Ages: 12-18

Scientific Adventures for Girls is looking for girls in high school to serve as Near Peers in our TK-6 afterschool STEM programs. As a Near Peer, you'll help engage elementary-age girls and support Teachers and Assistants in hands-on STEM activities.

For: girls and girl-identified youth aged 15 or older

Commitment: Minimum of 1 day per week for 1-2 hours, for 27 weeks

Hours: Between 2:00 and 5:30 pm based on the school site.

Location: Elementary school in Richmond/Oakland; spots first come, first serve.

California Girls STEM Collaborative Internship Opportunity

The California Girls STEM Collaborative is seeking motivated, independent interns to join their team in various capacity areas. These virtual internships offer hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, STEM advocacy, and professional development. Interns may focus on one specific area or collaborate across multiple functions based on interest and organizational needs.

SWE SCV Scholarships support those who identify as a woman and pursue an ABET-accredited bachelor or graduate student program in preparation for careers in engineering.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) Better Together STEM Scholarship

PG&E Foundation is offering Better Together STEM Scholarships of $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000. These are for students pursuing science, technology or engineering studies at universities in California. Students must be California residents and PG&E customers at the time of application.

For: 12th graders
